General rules:

Deck: Use either 36 or 52 cards.

Goal: Be the first to run out of cards.

Dealing: Each player starts with 6 cards.

Trump suit: Reveal the top card of the deck to set the trump suit.

First move: The player with the lowest trump starts, or the last round’s "fool" goes first.

Attacks & defense: Attack with any card; defend with a higher card of the same suit or a trump. Fail to defend, and you take all played cards.

Game end: The last player holding cards loses and is the "fool".
