Call Break is a timeless and immensely popular card game that has captured the hearts of millions, particularly in India and Nepal. Played by four players with a standard 52-card deck, Call Break is enjoyed for its strategic depth and engaging gameplay. Each round involves 13 tricks, and players aim to make accurate bids to showcase their skill and prowess.
The game consists of seven thrilling rounds, with spades serving as the default trump suit. After five rounds, the player with the highest score emerges victorious. Players can challenge themselves by bidding strategically, competing against skilled opponents, and mastering their tactics.
Rules of Call Break
- At the beginning of each round, players place bids indicating how many hands they believe they can win.
- Bids start at a minimum of one.
- Players must follow suit whenever possible. If unable, they can play any card.
- Trump cards (spades) always outrank non-trump cards.
- If no trump is played, the highest card of the leading suit wins the trick.
- If trump cards are involved, the highest trump card claims the trick.
