Two-player card game
This app offers three engaging card games: Four Cards Golf, Six Cards Golf, and Scat. Choose your preferred game from the Settings menu.
Four Cards Golf Rules
A competitive card game for two players.
The objective, like in golf, is to score the lowest points possible.
Each game includes nine rounds. At the start of each round, both players receive four face-down cards, with remaining cards forming a draw pile. One card from the draw pile is placed face-up in a discard pile.
Before play starts, players may peek once at the two cards closest to them in their square layout, keeping them hidden from opponents. These cards cannot be viewed again unless discarded during play or scored at the round’s end.
During a turn, players can draw from the draw pile. This card can replace any of the four cards in your layout, but you cannot see the face of the card being replaced. Remember the replaced card’s position. Place the replaced card face-up in the discard pile. Alternatively, you can draw from the discard pile and discard it face-up without using it.
Players may also draw a face-up card from the discard pile, which must replace a card in their layout, then discard the replaced card. You cannot return a drawn card to the pile without altering your layout.
Players can choose to knock, ending their turn. Play continues normally, with others able to draw or discard but not knock. The round concludes after this.
Scoring:
- Pairs of identical cards in a row or column score 0 points
- Jokers score -2 points
- Kings score 0 points
- Queens and Jacks score 10 points
- Other cards score their rank value
- Four identical cards score -6 points
Six Cards Golf Rules
A strategic card game for two players.
The goal, as in golf, is to minimize your score.
Each game consists of nine rounds. Players start with six face-down cards, with the rest forming a draw pile. One card is placed face-up in the discard pile.
At the start, players flip two of their cards face-up. They aim to lower their score by swapping cards for lower-value ones or pairing them in columns with matching ranks.
Players take turns drawing one card from either the draw or discard pile. The drawn card can replace one of the player’s cards or be discarded. If swapped with a face-down card, the new card remains face-up. If discarded, the turn passes. The round ends when all of a player’s cards are face-up.
Scoring:
- Pairs of cards in a column score 0 points
- Jokers score -2 points
- Kings score 0 points
- Queens and Jacks score 20 points
- Other cards score their rank value
To swap a card with one from the discard pile, tap the discard card. To play from the draw pile, tap it to reveal the card, then tap the discard pile to discard or one of your cards to swap.
Play against an AI or friends on the same device.
