"Jhandi Munda" is a traditional betting game enjoyed in India, where it's known by its local name, and in Nepal, where it goes by "Langur Burja." Globally, it's also recognized as "Crown and Anchor." For those without the physical dice to roll, an app can now bring the excitement of Jhandi Munda to your Android device, allowing you to play anytime, anywhere.
How to Play Jhandi Munda?
Jhandi Munda is played with dice, each bearing six distinct symbols: "Heart," "Spade," "Diamond," "Club," "Face," and "Flag." As a betting game, one player acts as the host, while the others place their bets on any of these symbols. Once bets are placed, the host rolls the dice.
The game's rules are straightforward:
- If none or only one die shows the symbol bet on, the host collects the bet placed on that symbol.
- However, if two, three, four, five, or all six dice land on the symbol that was bet on, the host pays out to the bettor. The payout is double, triple, quadruple, quintuple, or sextuple the bet, respectively, plus the original bet amount.
