Journey of Monarch requires certain permissions for optimal gameplay. Optional permissions are not mandatory and can be adjusted later.

• Optional Permissions:
  • Location (for region-specific ads)
  • Notifications (for in-game news and promotions)
  • Camera (for recording and saving photos, screenshots, and videos)
  • Microphone (for audio recording when capturing videos)

Note: Notification permissions are enabled by default on Android versions below 13. Saving permissions may be requested for screen/video capture on Android 10 and below.

How to Manage Permissions:

1. Android 6.0 or higher:

   • Via Privacy Settings: Settings > Security and privacy > Privacy > Permission Manager > Select the app > Allow or Don't Allow
   • Via App Settings: Settings > Apps > Select the app > Select permissions > Allow or Don't Allow

2. Android 6.0 or lower: Permission management is not available through Privacy Settings. App deletion is the only option. We recommend upgrading to the latest Android version.
