Belote is a four-player card game with partners working together. The game uses a standard 32-card deck (7 through Ace). The goal is simple: outscore the opposing team. The game begins with trump selection. Players choose to "twist" (accept the trump) if they believe they can score over half the points; otherwise, they "apply" (pass).
