Gameplay Details:

Each player receives 8 cards, with the remaining cards forming the draw pile. The top card starts the discard pile. Your turn involves playing a card matching the top discard card's color, number, or power. If you can't play, draw from the draw pile. Then, pass the turn.

Stacking Power Cards: +2 and +2 WILD cards can be stacked to increase the next player's penalty, but you can't play a +2 on another +2 WILD.

The first player to discard all their cards wins the round. The game concludes when a player reaches the target score.
