Shadow Ninja: A Side-Scrolling Action Game
Shadow Ninja is a side-scrolling action game with a dark art style. Players assume the role of Shimazu, a samurai whose son has been kidnapped and wife murdered by the evil demon Takeda, aided by another demon, Fudo. Takeda was sealed away by Shimazu ten years prior, and now Shimazu seeks revenge and his son's rescue. The game demands strategic thinking, memorization, and a keen focus on avoiding traps.
Skills:
Samurai skills can be upgraded using coins and diamonds collected during gameplay:
- Dash: A close-combat skill capable of eliminating targets in a single strike, but ineffective at long range.
- Disappearing: Allows for stealth attacks, letting you ambush enemies unaware of your position.
- Throw Shuriken: Requires multiple throws to eliminate a target, but effective for long-range attacks.
- Checkpoints: Fixed checkpoints are supplemented by the ability to place a new checkpoint at your current location after progressing through levels.
