Microsoft has revealed that a selection of games will be departing from its Xbox Game Pass subscription service on May 15, 2025. In total, eight titles are set to leave, including fan favorites like Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, Jurassic World Evolution 2, and Little Kitty, Big City.

Xbox Game Pass is a dynamic online gaming service available for Xbox and PC platforms. Subscribers can enjoy streaming games directly on their smart devices and consoles, dive into new releases on day one based on their subscription level, and access a vast library of top-tier games, which they can play with friends across console, PC, or via the cloud. It's from this extensive catalog that the following eight games will be removed:

Microsoft is set to unveil Wave 2 of the May 2025 Game Pass lineup shortly after these titles exit the service.

Earlier this month, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members were treated to a new perk: the ability to stream select games directly to their consoles, eliminating the need for downloads. This exciting development was shared in an Xbox Wire post, announcing that Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can now stream games from the Game Pass catalog, as well as "select games they own" on their Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One consoles through cloud streaming. While this feature was previously available on smart TVs, PCs, smartphones, and Meta Quest headsets, this marks its debut on consoles.

This is particularly noteworthy for PC gamers, as it marks the first time GTA 5 Enhanced has been offered on PC Game Pass.
