As a 'rebirth,' your character has previously met their end and returned through cloning, retaining memories of past lives. You can opt to originate from the ruling elite or simply someone striving to survive amidst adversity.

The city itself is a tense environment governed by six Ruling Houses, maintaining order via a rigid class structure. While the affluent enjoy luxury, the underprivileged struggle for survival. Tensions simmer beneath the surface, poised to erupt at any moment.

This world bears scars from humanity’s hubris; experiments attempting to master hyperspace and faster-than-light travel resulted in catastrophic failure. Today, Alcyone: The Last City remains precariously intact.
