Unlocking and Befriending Lobo in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp

Lobo, a charming wolf villager in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, can be a delightful addition to your campsite. This guide details how to unlock him, increase his friendship level, and complete his special requests.

Unlocking Lobo

Lobo becomes available as a potential contact anywhere between levels 20 and 39 of your Camp Manager level. You unlock two new animals per level, but the specific animal is random. Therefore, you might encounter Lobo as early as level 20 or as late as level 39. Once unlocked, he'll appear on your map periodically.

If Lobo isn't appearing, use a Calling Card:

1. Access your Contacts (the icon above your planner). Navigate to the wolf tab and locate Lobo.
2. Select Lobo and choose "Call." This summons him for three hours.

Accelerating your Camp Manager level progression involves interacting with other animals, fulfilling their requests, and gifting them snacks. Each animal level-up contributes to your Camp Manager experience. Gulliver's Ship offers villager maps; completing these at Blathers's Treasure Trek unlocks additional villagers (including those not obtained through leveling). Inviting these villagers boosts friendship points and experience.

Inviting Lobo to Your Campsite

To invite Lobo to your campsite, he must reach friendship level 5. You'll also need to craft the following furniture:

Complete Lobo's requests while he's on your map to quickly raise his friendship level. Use Request Tickets (three per villager daily) for additional requests. Alternatively, gift him Bronze, Silver, or Gold Treats (generic) or historical-themed treats like Pound Cakes.

Completing Lobo's Special Request

At friendship level 10, Lobo presents a special request: crafting a Vintage Telephone. This unlocks +10 friendship points, 1000 Bells, a Request Ticket, and a Calling Card. The Vintage Telephone (required for several Happy Homeroom classes) takes 18 hours to craft and costs 9980 Bells. Materials include:
