While some skins, like Master Chief (after a two-year absence) and the classic Renegade Raider and Aerial Assault Trooper (after even longer), eventually reappear, the future of others remains uncertain. This is particularly true for Arcane fans hoping for the return of Jinx and Vi skins.

The demand for these Arcane skins, especially after the second season's release, has surged. However, Riot Games co-founder Marc Merrill recently cast doubt on their return during a livestream. While acknowledging the decision rests with Riot, he indicated the initial collaboration was limited to the first season. Following online disappointment, he offered to discuss the possibility internally, but offered no guarantees.

The chances of these skins returning seem slim. While the potential revenue would benefit Riot, the risk of players switching from League of Legends to Fortnite due to the skins is likely a significant deterrent. With League of Legends facing challenges, diverting players is undesirable.
