If you're a fan of ARK: Survival Ascended, you'll be thrilled to hear about the exciting updates coming your way. The game has unveiled an extensive content roadmap stretching all the way to late 2026, keeping players engaged with fresh experiences and improvements.

The remaster of ARK: Survival Evolved is set to make a splash with its migration to Unreal Engine 5 (UE5). This transition, expected in March 2025, brings significant performance upgrades and will reintroduce support for Nvidia’s frame generation technology, which was paused earlier in 2024 due to engine issues. Alongside this technical leap, the roadmap outlines a series of exciting additions and enhancements.

In April 2025, players can expect a free version of Ragnarok Ascended, along with a Bison (a free creature) and a Fantastic Tame. June 2025 will bring a premium map announcement, while August 2025 will introduce Valguero Ascended, another community-voted free creature, and yet another Fantastic Tame.

Fast forward to 2026, and the focus shifts to the remastered Genesis expansions. In April, Genesis Ascended Part 1 will arrive, accompanied by the first part of Bob's True Tales. Four months later, in August, players will enjoy Genesis Ascended Part 2 and the second part of Bob's True Tales. To wrap up the year, December 2026 will see the release of Fjordur Ascended, featuring a community-voted free creature.

Throughout 2026, players can also look forward to three additional Fantastic Tames. The remaster is also committed to making the game more efficient by restructuring its data, allowing DLC packs to be downloaded individually and reducing the overall install size.
