Mackenyu Arata, One Piece Star, Voices Gennojo in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Mackenyu, renowned for his portrayal of Roronoa Zoro in the One Piece live-action series, will voice Gennojo, a key character in Assassin's Creed Shadows, Ubisoft's new feudal Japan-set title. He'll provide both the Japanese and English voice acting for the role. Ubisoft describes Gennojo as a crucial ally who assists the protagonist in eliminating a major target.

Ubisoft further elaborates on Gennojo's personality: "A charming rogue with a reckless streak and deep internal conflict, Gennojo is driven by guilt to reform a corrupt system.
