To begin your quest, head to the lighthouse in the western part of Calviger’s Landing. This area is located in the southern part of The Living Lands. Once there, carefully climb the lighthouse using the ledges and scaffolding. The map awaits you at the top!

Now that you possess the treasure map, follow these directions: Descend from the lighthouse and head towards the nearby river. Proceed north along the riverbank until you reach a broken bridge, situated northeast of the Old Pargrun Wall and the Western Pargrun Wall Beacon fast travel point. Continue to the southern end of the bridge and swim down to the riverbed. Swim west through an opening in the riverbank to discover a cave. Inside, you'll find a chest containing the Wind and Wave shield.
