Battlefield Features Unveiled in Upcoming Beta Test
EA unveils Battlefield Labs, a closed beta testing program for upcoming Battlefield titles. This internal test will allow select players to preview core gameplay mechanics and concepts, although not all features tested will necessarily appear in the final game. Participants will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Conquest and Breakthrough modes will be available during the testing phases. Initial testing will prioritize combat and destruction mechanics, followed by balance adjustments.
Pre-registration is open for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. A limited number of players (a few thousand) will receive invitations in the coming weeks, with plans for broader regional expansion later.

The developers confirm the game is in a crucial development stage. No official release date has been announced. Development is a collaborative effort between four studios: DICE, Motive, Criterion Games, and Ripple Effect.
