His effectiveness hinges on playing him before turn 6, allowing activation and discarding of low-cost cards, including those discounted by effects like Swarm. He synergizes well with cards like X-23 and Hawkeye Kate Bishop. Crucially, his effect targets different enemy cards, preventing multiple debuffs on a single card.

Top Bullseye Decks in Marvel Snap

Bullseye's optimal use lies within discard archetypes. A straightforward approach integrates him into a standard discard deck:
