Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Greek Origins: Begin by creating a new life, selecting Greece as your birthplace. Optional: If you own the Job Packs, selecting the Crime Special Talent provides a head start on the murder aspect.

2. Maintaining Peak Health: Achieving 100% health requires consistent effort. Avoid risky behaviors like alcohol, drugs, and unprotected sex. Focus on health-boosting activities: gym visits, walks, seeking medical treatment when needed, healthy diets, meditation, and alternative therapies like acupuncture. Prayer can also provide a temporary boost.

3. Gym Rat: Once you turn 18, regularly visit the gym (Activities > Mind and Body > Gym). This is straightforward, though it requires funds; secure a job to support this habit. Remember, gym visits don't need to be crammed into a single year. A bonus: Gym visits offer dating opportunities, crucial for the final objective.

4. Eliminating Enemies: This requires creating enemies. You might acquire them naturally, or proactively make enemies through the relationship tab (select a friend and choose the "Become Enemies" option).
