To initiate the Master Schindel’s Toys quest, you need to be on the Into the Underworld main mission. Your objective is to locate an informant named Goatskin. Begin by visiting the bathhouse and speaking with the Bathhouse Madam, followed by a conversation with Adam. Adam will inform you that Goatskin has stolen items belonging to Master Schindel.

Next, you must find Goatskin, who is quite elusive. You have two options: speak with Lousy Mary or follow Udo. I suggest opting for Udo, who can be found on the first floor of the bathhouse in the evening. Instruct him to leave, then discreetly follow him. Goatskin will attempt to rob Udo in an alley, providing you the opportunity to confront him.

In addition to gathering information about Liechtenstein, you can try to acquire a map from Goatskin. If you fail the skill check, you'll need to bribe him.
