Parallel Experiment: A Co-op Crime Thriller Puzzler Coming to Steam and Mobile

Eleven Puzzles' highly anticipated co-op crime thriller puzzler, Parallel Experiment, is set to launch on Steam this March. A mobile demo is also planned for iOS and Android later in 2025, with a full mobile release to follow.

This unique game puts players in the roles of detectives Ally and Old Dog, tasked with solving the mystery of a ruthless killer. The core gameplay revolves around cooperative puzzle-solving across two separate locations. Players must communicate clues and collaborate effectively, even when physically apart.

More Than Just Puzzles

Parallel Experiment boasts over 80 individual puzzles, an in-game notebook for clue tracking, cooperative dialogue, and a stylish noir comic book aesthetic. Adding a layer of playful interaction, the game even includes features allowing players to playfully annoy each other, such as knocking on windows or poking their partner.

A key feature is cross-platform play, enabling seamless collaboration between desktop and mobile players. While desktop players can easily communicate via platforms like Discord, mobile players will find creative ways to interact and share information, adding a unique dynamic to the experience.

While the co-op puzzle genre isn't new, Parallel Experiment benefits from extensive testing, aiming to deliver an optimized and engaging experience on mobile devices.
