‘Dungeons of Dreadrock 2’ Announced, Launching on Nintendo Switch in November with Mobile and PC Versions to Follow
About two and a half years ago, we were delighted by Dungeons of Dreadrock, a charming dungeon crawler from developer Christoph Minnameier. Inspired by classics like Dungeon Master and Eye of the Beholder, it offered a top-down perspective and a unique puzzle-solving approach. Its 100 levels, each a floor in a sprawling dungeon, challenged players to rescue their brother. The difficulty was noteworthy, with some levels presenting intricate logic puzzles requiring careful trap manipulation and strategic enemy encounters. Our review praised the game, and its subsequent releases across numerous platforms were equally well-received. Now, we eagerly anticipate its sequel. Introducing Dungeons of Dreadrock 2 – The Dead King’s Secret.
The striking red background, prominent Switch logo, and familiar finger-snap sound confirm that Dungeons of Dreadrock 2 will debut on Nintendo Switch first, launching on the eShop November 28th. But PC gamers rejoice! A PC version is planned and available to wishlist on Steam. Mobile players on iOS and Android can also look forward to its arrival. While the mobile release date remains unclear, the promise of its eventual launch is exciting. We’ll provide updates as soon as further platform release dates are announced.
