In-Game Qualifiers on eFootball Are Live!

The tournament features Console (PS4 & PS5) and Mobile categories. Eighteen countries are vying for the final spots: Brazil, Japan, Argentina, Portugal, Spain, England, France, Costa Rica, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Morocco, Netherlands, Poland, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Thailand, and Turkey.

Three-stage in-game qualifiers run from October 10th to 20th. National Nomination Phases follow from October 28th to November 3rd. The offline final round will be held late 2024 (exact date TBA). Even if your country isn't among the 18, you can still participate in qualifiers (up to Round 3) and earn rewards (50 eFootball coins, 30,000 XP, and more).

The FIFA x Konami eFootball Partnership: A Surprising Twist!

This collaboration is especially interesting given the long-standing rivalry. EA and FIFA ended their decade-long partnership in 2022 due to a disagreement over licensing fees. FIFA’s demand for $1 billion every four years (a significant increase from the previous $150 million) led to the split. This resulted in the release of EA Sports FC 24 in 2023. Now, FIFA has partnered with Konami's eFootball for the FIFAe World Cup 2024.
