To equip your torch, access your inventory. First, equip a pouch. Then, select the torch and equip it. Exiting the inventory, hold down the d-pad (consoles) to activate the torch. PC players press the 'R' key.
A red shield icon next to the torch in your inventory confirms it's equipped. Remember, torches have limited burn time, so carry spares.
Note: Torch use is compatible with one-handed weapons only. Two-handed weapons and shields cannot be wielded simultaneously with a torch.
