Explore the Latest Subclasses Added to Baldur's Gate 3 in Patch 8 PC Gaming Mag
Baldur's Gate 3 Patch #8 is generating considerable excitement, promising cross-play, a photo mode, and a whopping 12 new subclasses. Larian Studios recently offered a sneak peek at four of these subclasses in a video: the Bard of the College of Enchantment, Barbarian of the Path of the Giant, Cleric of the Death Domain, and Druid of the Circle of Stars.
Currently undergoing stress testing (with further sign-up opportunities available), the patch's release date remains unannounced. However, Larian is keeping the community engaged with a series of videos showcasing the new subclasses; this recent video is just Part 1 of 3. Two more trailers will highlight the remaining eight subclasses.
The stress test, which began in January and introduced the photo mode, is a significant step towards the final release. Patch #8 marks the conclusion of the game's post-launch development, leaving players anticipating future developments.
