Multiple Cell Gardens exist throughout the game, each accessed using a consistent method regardless of your current level. Let's explore how to locate these gardens and effectively utilize them for resource gathering.

Where To Find Cell Garden Entrances In Freedom Wars Remastered

Your initial encounter with the Cell Garden involves Mattias's request to investigate a ghost girl story. To begin your search, navigate to Level 2's main cell block, specifically 2-A000. In the left corner, you'll find a small room resembling an elevator. Interact with it to access 2-E165, the same area where you previously found Enzo.

From 2-E165, follow the right-hand wall to another small room containing a device leading to 2-G100. Repeat this process one last time; the far room in 2-G100 houses the device that finally unlocks the Cell Garden.

This path remains consistent across all levels. Unlocking the Quick-Travel Entitlement significantly reduces travel time. After completing the main quest related to the Cell Garden, you'll gain access to it and other gardens at any time. However, acquiring a specific Entitlement is highly recommended for efficiency.

Each device leading to the next room or the Cell Garden is clearly marked with a blue door icon.

The Cell Garden's function differs during the main story mission compared to subsequent visits. Here's how it operates outside of the main quest:

Purchasing Entitlements from the Window on Liberty extends your time within the Cell Garden. This is particularly useful as some layouts present more complex puzzles. The first upgrade, granting a two-minute limit, becomes available after reaching CODE level 3.
