Genshin, GTA, and ZZZ Merge in Unprecedented Hybrid Release
Project Mugen, now titled Ananta, is nearing its full release after generating significant buzz with its initial promotional materials. The game blends elements reminiscent of popular titles like Genshin Impact, Zenless Zone Zero, and even GTA, all presented within a captivating anime aesthetic.
Ananta's release in China is confirmed for 2025 across PC, PlayStation 5, and mobile platforms. A December 5th trailer showcased the game as an open-world urban RPG, placing players in the role of an A.C.D. agent investigating the mysteries of the sun-kissed coastal city of Nova.
This ambitious project, a collaboration between NetEase Studios, Thunder Fire Studio, and Naked Rain, is attracting global interest thanks to its blend of familiar environments and supernatural elements.
