- Teleport to the Flower-Feather Clan's northern waypoint.
- Transform into a Qucusaurus.
- Fly north towards the tower.
- Position yourself on the southeast side of the tower.
- Enter the Phlogiston Wind Tunnel as a Qucusaurus.
- Fly towards the open window at the tower's peak.
- Dismount your Qucusaurus.
- Enter the tower and ascend the stairs.
- Activate the mechanism at the top of the stairs.
