Ned Luke, the voice actor behind Michael De Santa in GTA 5, boldly predicts GTA 6 will generate a staggering $1.3 billion in its first 24 hours. In a recent interview with Fall Damage, Luke expressed his confidence in the game's potential, highlighting Rockstar Games' unpredictable and innovative approach to game development.

Luke urges patience, assuring fans, "It's going to be worth the wait. From what I've seen, it's going to be amazing." He points to GTA 5's record-breaking $800 million first-day revenue in 2013 as a benchmark, suggesting GTA 6 will significantly surpass this achievement. Market research firm DFC Intelligence projects over 40 million copies sold and $3.2 billion in revenue within the first year, with a billion dollars attributed to pre-orders alone.

The Return of GTA 5 Characters in GTA 6?

Luke also shared his thoughts on the possibility of GTA 5 characters appearing in GTA Online and potentially GTA 6. He notes Michael's absence from GTA Online, contrasting with Trevor and Franklin's appearances.

Luke hints at Michael's potential involvement in a rumored final GTA Online DLC or even a direct role in GTA 6. While Steven Ogg (Trevor in GTA 5) previously suggested Trevor's death as a narrative device, Luke remains tight-lipped, stating, "Maybe [Michael, Franklin, and Trevor will be] in GTA 6... Maybe. Maybe not. You know Rockstar is not going to tell you anything." Despite the actors' eagerness to reprise their roles, official confirmation remains elusive.

GTA 6: In the Testing Phase?

Former Rockstar Games animator Mike York suggests GTA 6 is currently undergoing internal testing. In a since-deleted interview, York emphasized the game's unique unpredictability, stating, "There are a lot of things that can happen that you don't really think about until some random kid in his basement tries it."
