Two GTA Titles Are Leaving Netflix Games Next Month
Big news for Netflix Games subscribers who enjoy Grand Theft Auto! Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City are leaving the Netflix Games platform next month.

This isn't a surprise move. Netflix licenses games similarly to its movies and TV shows. The licenses for GTA III and Vice City are simply expiring on December 13th. Netflix will label these games "Leaving Soon" to give players a heads-up. Their initial 12-month agreement with Rockstar Games is concluding.
After December 13th, these two titles will be unavailable to Netflix subscribers. However, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas remains on the platform.
Where to Play Next?
If you haven't finished either game, you can purchase them individually or as part of a trilogy bundle on the Google Play Store. Expect to pay $4.99 per game, or $11.99 for the complete trilogy (The Definitive Editions).
Unlike last year's sudden removal of titles like Samurai Shodown V and WrestleQuest, Netflix is providing advance notice. This is somewhat ironic, considering the GTA trilogy contributed significantly to Netflix Games' subscriber growth in 2023.
There's speculation that Rockstar and Netflix are collaborating on future projects, possibly remastered versions of Liberty City Stories, Vice City Stories, and even Chinatown Wars. Fingers crossed!
