Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.7: "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn" Arrives December 4th!

Honkai: Star Rail's Version 2.7 update, titled "A New Venture on the Eighth Dawn," launches on mobile devices December 4th, concluding the Penacony arc before the Astral Express journeys to the enigmatic Amphoreus.

Farewell to Penacony, Hello to New Adventures

Version 2.7 brings a poignant farewell to Penacony as the crew prepares for their departure to Amphoreus, a destination hinted at by Black Swan. While Miss Himeko gathers intel, the crew rekindles friendships, shares heartfelt moments, and enjoys a spectacular performance at the Grand Theater. This performance introduces two new characters: Sunday and Fugue.

Sunday, the former head of the Oak Family, aided by the mischievous Pepeshi, Wonweek, delivers a dazzling final act. As a 5-star Imaginary character, his Ultimate ability focuses on energy regeneration, bestowing "The Beatified" buff on a teammate and their summon.

Fugue, otherwise known as Tingyun, makes a comeback after the harrowing events of Version 1.2. Recovering from a near-fatal encounter, she's grateful for her second chance, thanks to Madam Ruan Mei of the Genius Society. This 5-star Fire character excels at breaking enemy defenses, with an Ultimate that incinerates enemy Toughness and delivers significant Fire DMG.

New Warp Events and Astral Express Enhancements

Version 2.7's warp events feature the return of General Jing Yuan (first half) and Firefly (second half).

The update also introduces the Party Car to the Astral Express—a luxurious marble bar with a robotic bartender, offering a stunning view of the Cosmos. The "Cosmic Home Décor Guide" event lets you personalize your storage room, using Express Funds to furnish a bedroom, bathroom, and more.
