Herta, also known as Madam Herta, is a powerful 5-Star Ice Erudition unit and an Emanator of Nous, the Aeon of Erudition. She's a member of the Genius Society and founder of the Herta Space Station.
Herta's strength lies in her AoE capabilities and self-buffs, including a significant team-wide CRIT DMG boost with another Erudition unit. Her Ultimate provides a substantial ATK buff. This makes her relatively easy to build, with F2P-friendly options available.
Her gameplay revolves around Inspiration and Interpretation stacks. Consuming Inspiration enhances her Skill, while Interpretation stacks increase damage.

Herta prioritizes ATK, CRIT Rate, and CRIT DMG. Scholar Lost in Erudition is the best set, boosting Skill and Ultimate damage. Hunter of Glacial Forest is a strong alternative. For Planar Ornaments, Izumo Gensei and Takama Divine Realm offer the best overall performance, followed by Rutilant Arena. Sigonia, the Unclaimed Desolation is best for Pure Fiction only.
Best Herta Light Cones
