Konami is working hard to get Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater released in 2025
Konami has recently shared exciting updates about the much-anticipated remake of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. According to series producer Noriaki Okamura, the studio's main goal for 2025 is to deliver a high-quality game that meets the high expectations of its dedicated fanbase.
In an interview with 4Gamer, Okamura stated, "We are putting a lot of effort into finishing Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater by 2025." He confirmed that the game is already playable from start to finish, and the team is now focusing on refining the details to elevate the overall experience.
Originally, PlayStation speculated that the game might launch in 2024, but those plans did not materialize. Recent statements from studio representatives and industry insiders suggest a 2025 release. Fans can look forward to experiencing the remake on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
The remake aims to maintain the essence of the original while integrating contemporary gameplay mechanics and enhanced graphics. Okamura assured fans that alongside visual upgrades, new features will enhance the gameplay, making it a fresh yet nostalgic experience.
Towards the end of September, Konami released a trailer for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, which runs over two minutes and showcases several intense scenes. The trailer highlights the protagonist, antagonists, an airdrop, and a thrilling shootout, building anticipation for what's to come.
