Massive MMO Waven Goes Global
Waven, the highly anticipated sequel to the popular MMOs Dofus and Wakfu, has quietly launched globally on iOS and Android. This strategy game, set within the familiar Wakfu/Dofus world, offers a more solo-focused approach to the series' renowned turn-based combat.
While Dofus and Wakfu have enjoyed immense success and longevity as MMORPGs, perhaps flying under the radar for some English-speaking audiences, Waven aims to attract both newcomers and longtime fans. It features a brand new, unexplored region within the established universe, alongside plenty of nods to previous games in the series for veteran players. The focus here is a strategic, single-player PvE experience.

Although the global launch lacked fanfare, the understated release is in keeping with the series' history.
