Disney Speedstorm welcomes another iconic animated character: Maui! This demi-god, inspired by Polynesian mythology and a breakout star from the hit movie Moana, joins the racing roster. While Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson won't be voicing him, Maui's arrival is packed with exciting features.

Disney Speedstorm boasts an impressive lineup, encompassing characters from Monsters, Inc. to Pirates of the Caribbean, fulfilling the dreams of Disney enthusiasts. However, there's always room for more, and following the release of Moana 2, Maui is joining the Season 11, Part One, lineup!

Maui requires little introduction. This real-world mythological figure (famously portrayed by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson) was a standout in Disney's animated film. While his signature voice isn't included, his gameplay more than compensates.

Maui's signature skill, "Hero to All," lets him launch racers with his magical fishing hook. A fully charged version transforms him into a hawk for a powerful counter-attack.

Disney Speedstorm benefits both fans and Disney's brand visibility. Given Moana 2's success, additional promotion might be less crucial.
