Monster Hunter Now's Season 5: The Blossoming Blade is almost here! Niantic has unveiled all the exciting details for the upcoming season, launching March 6th, 2025. Prepare for new challenges, monsters, weapons, and a fresh Season Pass.

Pre-Season Sneak Peek:

Even before Season 5 begins, players can encounter the Chatacabra on February 28th, marking its debut before its appearance in Monster Hunter Wilds. The official launch will also introduce Glavenus and Arzuros to the hunt.

Weapon Enhancements:

Expect balance adjustments to enhance the viability and enjoyment of all weapon types. The Sword & Shield receives a buff for easier tail targeting, and the Perfect Rush Combo (SP) will reward precise timing with amplified power and smoother combos. The Guard skill is also receiving a significant upgrade, with higher skill levels now noticeably reducing damage taken while blocking. Further details on these adjustments will be in the March 6th patch notes.

More Season 5 Features:

A persistent problem of overflowing inventories is addressed with the introduction of an Item Box Expansion as a Supply Item, adding 250 extra slots.

Celebrating Monster Hunter Now's 1.5-Year Anniversary on March 17th, a new trading feature arrives! Hunters can exchange special materials earned from hunts and events for valuable rewards, including Item Box Expansions, Weapon Refining Parts, Armor Refining Parts, and Wyvern Gem Shards.
