This 4X strategy game, reminiscent of the Civilization series, offers exploration, expansion, exploitation, and extermination in a streamlined, fast-paced bronze age setting. Ozymandias transports players to the bronze age, allowing exploration of diverse Mediterranean and European civilizations. While delivering the strategic depth of a classic 4X game—city building, army raising, and conquering foes—it distinguishes itself through its remarkably simplified and accelerated gameplay.

Unlike many 4X games that demand meticulous resource management, Ozymandias streamlines the process. Forget endless micromanagement; this game prioritizes speed. A single match concludes within approximately 90 minutes, akin to a board game session. Simultaneous turns further enhance the rapid pace. This simplification, however, might be perceived by some as a drawback.
