How to Obtain Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps in PoE 2

Defeating Xesht, We That Are One, the pinnacle Breach boss, offers a chance to obtain Hand of Wisdom and Action. Xesht resides within the Twisted Domain, accessible through the Realmgate on the Atlas using a Breachstone.

Locate the Realmgate near the Atlas's starting point. Click the home icon on the Atlas for easy identification.

Alternatively, the Path of Exile 2 official trading website offers HoWA, though at a considerable cost, even for less-than-perfect rolls.

Acquiring a Breachstone in PoE 2

Two methods exist for obtaining a Breachstone:

• Combine Breach Splinters: Farming Breach map nodes yields Breach Splinters. Gathering 300 requires extensive farming. Combine a stack of 300 to create a Breachstone.
• Currency Exchange: Purchase Breachstones (or Splinters) from Alva's in-game Currency Exchange. Expect a cost of approximately 50-60 Exalted Orbs, subject to market fluctuations.
