Power Charges are a crucial element for creating powerful builds in Path of Exile 2. What are Power Charges?

Essentially, Power Charges act as fuel for specific skills or effects. They are inactive on their own but enhance abilities like Falling Thunder, significantly boosting their power upon consumption.
