Marvel Contest of Champions' Murderworld event has arrived, bringing a host of exciting new content! Running until August 7th, this update includes the X-Magica Showcase and the Spring of Sorrow Gauntlet, alongside essential bug fixes and balance adjustments.

Murderworld Unleashes Mayhem in the Battlerealm

Arcade, the master of deadly theme parks, has unleashed his twisted Murderworlds within the Contest. These aren't your average amusement parks; they're designed for both entertainment and annihilation. Arcade's goal? To achieve the highest possible body count. Players must outsmart Arcade's deadly games or unite to overcome his lethal carnival of carnage.

New Champions Take Center Stage

The Raft, the Battlerealm's maximum-security prison, is in lockdown due to a gamma radiation incident. The Summoner intervenes, encountering Patriot amidst a perilous situation. Meanwhile, The Leader's gamma-enhanced intellect is manipulating both heroes and villains through mind control.

Patriot, the grandson of a legendary Super Soldier and co-founder of the Young Avengers, joins the fray on July 18th. Following on August 1st is The Leader, Samuel Sterns – a former chemical plant worker transformed into a super-genius villain and the Hulk's arch-nemesis, by a gamma explosion.
