For newcomers, the Persona series blends everyday student life—think classes and extracurriculars—with the nocturnal exploits of the Phantom Thieves, who wield supernatural entities called Personas.

Not Just a Spin-Off

Persona 5: The Phantom X has gripped the Persona fanbase. Far from a simple spin-off, it stands as a near-sequel in its own right. While it builds on the Phantom Thieves and Persona concepts, nearly everything else—from story to characters—is brand new.
