PS Plus August 2025 Titles Revealed
Sony has unveiled the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog lineup for August 2025, featuring major titles like Marvel's Spider-Man, Mortal Kombat 1, Resident Evil 2, and other highlights for Extra and Premium subscribers.
The complete list of upcoming additions was announced today in an official PlayStation.Blog post. This month's selection spans blockbuster AAA releases to captivating indie titles, with Premium members also getting exclusive access to a five-hour Death Stranding 2: On the Beach trial.
Starting August 19, PlayStation Plus will add eleven new titles. Extra and Premium subscribers can enjoy NetherRealm Studios' acclaimed fighter Mortal Kombat 1 and Insomniac Games' beloved Marvel's Spider-Man - which returns to the service after being removed in April 2023.
The diverse lineup also includes hidden gems like Harold Halibut, Indika, Earth Defense Force 6, Unicorn Overlord, Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key, and Coral Island. Sword of the Sea from Giant Squid debuts as a day-one release exclusively for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
Premium members gain access to two legendary PlayStation classics: Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, both playable on modern PS4 and PS5 consoles. Below is the complete list of August's PlayStation Plus additions with supported platforms.
