Maximize your Pokémon Go Tour: Unova – Global experience with Black and White Kyurem's unique Adventure Effects!

Black Kyurem's Freeze Shock and White Kyurem's Ice Burn offer significant gameplay advantages. Freeze Shock immobilizes wild Pokémon for easier catching, while Ice Burn slows the catch ring for improved Excellent Throws. Both effects are initially active for 10 minutes and can be extended in 10-minute increments up to a maximum of two hours at a time, with a total duration cap of 24 hours.

This event introduces a new Fusion mechanic. Defeat Black or White Kyurem in five-star raids to obtain Fusion Energy. Fusing Zekrom or Reshiram with a Kyurem knowing Glaciate will replace Glaciate with Freeze Shock or Ice Burn respectively. This change is temporary; the move reverts to Glaciate upon separation. Note that these moves cannot be taught via Charged TMs or Elite Charged TMs.

Choose your allegiance: the Black Version (Reshiram) or White Version (Zekrom) event badge. Your choice dictates Special Research rewards and the move Kyurem learns after defeating the respective legendary Pokémon (Glaciate in both cases).

The Tour Pass is your key to enhanced rewards and Adventure Effect boosts. Earn Tour Points by catching Pokémon, completing raids, and hatching Eggs, or accelerate your progress with quick Pass Tasks. Reaching Major Milestones increases Catch XP and extends the duration of Freeze Shock or Ice Burn.
