How to Revive Fallen Teammates in R.E.P.O.

At the start of each *R.E.P.O.* round, your health begins at 100. Both monsters and friendly hazards like Human Grenades can deplete it. When injured, you can restore health using Health Packs found at the Service Station. Teammates can also share health by approaching each other and interacting—an innovative mechanic more games should adopt.

Despite these survival tactics, *R.E.P.O.*'s creatures occasionally overpower your squad. When allies fall, players are presented with two choices: accept defeat or initiate revival. Downed teammates leave behind decapitated heads that can be collected—marked on-screen by a character-colored icon if lost track of. Retrieving the head is just the first step.

Where to Perform Revivals in R.E.P.O.

After securing the head, carry it to the extraction zone. Deposit it there once the round's loot quota (displayed top-right) is met, and your teammate will resurrect with 1 HP. They can restore additional health inside the truck before rejoining combat. Alternatively, if retrieving heads proves impossible, players can simply wait for the next round—similar to *Call of Duty* Zombies' revival system.

While this method leaves teams temporarily weakened, it offers struggling players an opportunity to observe strategies before jumping back in.
