It's tucked away in a specific location linked to a key character, Dr. Diane Garrow, a former B.A.R.D scientist. Your journey starts with a lead from Wyndham Village directing you to her whereabouts. Your mission? Rescue Dr. Garrow, who's imprisoned deep within the Protocol prison camp in Skethermoor.

Reaching Skethermoor is fraught with danger, as the area teems with Protocol soldiers. To ease your infiltration, consider befriending Captain Grant Sims in Wyndham Village. Assist him with tasks like recovering stolen items, which may earn you temporary favor with Protocol.
