The Sims Marks 25th Anniversary with Free Giveaways
Electronic Arts recently hosted a special livestream to get players ready for the 25th anniversary of The Sims series. The event was filled with exciting announcements about gifts and events planned for The Sims 4 players during the upcoming festive weeks.
Preparations for the celebration are already in full swing. A new update has been rolled out, addressing various bugs, introducing a refreshed main menu, and enhancing overall optimization. Additionally, the developers have given a facelift to several classic houses in Willow Creek and Oasis Springs. These updated versions will be available immediately when starting a new game. For those playing with existing saves, these new designs can be accessed through the library.

The main festivities will commence on February 4. On this day, The Sims 4 will receive an update packed with over 70 new free items! Alongside this, the "Blast from the Past" in-game event will kick off, offering players the chance to unlock retro-style items and complete a new set by accomplishing a series of easy missions.
Starting February 6, a new season called Motherlode will begin in The Sims 4. While details about what this season will include are still a mystery, players can look forward to more surprises and engaging content.
