If you're eager for a revival of Tony Hawk's Underground, you're in good company — Tony himself is actively advocating for a remake.

"I’m always hopeful," Hawk shared with ScreenRant. "The decision isn’t entirely mine. I’ll push as much as I can, but I’m collaborating with a larger company that’s far more experienced than I am."

When asked if Activision had hinted at future plans following the release of Pro Skater 3 + 4, Hawk remained tight-lipped, saying: "We haven’t even launched this game yet!"

Tony Hawk's Underground, launched in 2003, earned a stellar 9.2 review score from us for its "near-perfect" level design and "exceptional gameplay." It was the first in the series to allow players to step off their boards and explore expansive levels on foot.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 is slated for release on Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, and Xbox One on July 11, 2025.
