Tribe Nine, a new mobile ARPG from Danganronpa creators Rui Komatsuzaki and Kazutaka Kodaka, is now accepting pre-registrations for Android and iOS! Pre-register to receive an exclusive skin and other rewards.

This exciting mobile RPG, developed by Danganronpa alumni, features the distinctive art style of Rui Komatsuzaki and the creative vision of Kazutaka Kodaka. Set in a dystopian Neo-Tokyo in 20XX, players join a group of teenagers competing in the perilous Extreme Games, orchestrated by the enigmatic Zero.

Pre-registration rewards include a special Parallel Cypher / Y skin for Koishi Kohinata. The game blends thrilling action with a retro aesthetic, offering exploration in retro-style sprites before transitioning to dynamic 3D battles. Players can customize their builds using equipment and the unique Tension Cards.

While Danganronpa may be considered less innovative now than at its PSP release, its unique art and murder-mystery elements were groundbreaking at the time. Whether Tribe Nine will achieve similar success remains to be seen. Its distinctive style stands out, but the mobile market is saturated with 3D turn-based battlers, so it needs a unique selling point to truly shine.
