Their mission involves hunting down vampires, whom they refer to as "Hollow Ones," under the guise of "training exercises" and "counter-terrorism efforts."

Leading the IAB in Seattle is Agent Baker, a disciplined and pragmatic leader known for her dedication to permanently eliminating vampires. She meticulously investigates strange occurrences and delves into historical data to uncover the links to the clandestine vampire society. Her authoritative approach and unwavering dedication have earned her the nickname "The Hen" among her loyal followers.

The hunters of the IAB are a well-coordinated force, with robust security measures guarding their base both externally and internally. Facing them alone is daunting, as they operate in teams, use spotlights, and maintain communication through portable radios. In combat, they wield thermic batons that bypass defensive tactics and deploy phosphorous grenades to flush enemies out of hiding. Additionally, their sniper crossbows shoot explosive bolts that can cause devastating damage if not quickly removed.

Despite their formidable tactics, the hunters have vulnerabilities. Being physically weaker than both ghouls and vampires, they can be outmaneuvered with specific skills. For instance, characters with the Fire skill can catch grenades or bolts mid-air and hurl them back at the hunters. Players utilizing the Ventru clan's powers can possess an enemy, turning them against their own team.
