The Water Bubble surrounds you, granting underwater breathing – similar to the Diving Gear, but with a stylish upgrade and lasting approximately 9 minutes (like the Advanced Diving Gear).

Locate the Bubble Mermaid NPC at the shore of the largest island in the Grand Reef (near the Shipwright and Marley). She'll provide the Water Bubble in exchange for $25,000 and three Resins.

Acquiring Resins

Find Resins by fishing in the Mushgrove Swamp (coordinates: X:2,426, Y: 130, Z: -680). The Kraken Rod significantly boosts your chances (10-20% increase), while without it, the probability is considerably lower (around 0.04%). You'll need three Resins.

Once you have three Resins, return to the Bubble Mermaid, pay her, and claim your Water Bubble!
