Our Buienradar app offers a comprehensive 3-hour or 24-hour rain radar forecast to help you plan your day. With just a glance at the rain radar image, you can see if rain is on the way in the next few hours or the following day. Below the radar, our rain graph provides precise details on when it will rain and how much precipitation to expect, measured in millimeters. For a closer look at your specific area, simply tap the magnifying glass icon to zoom in.

The Buienradar app is designed for your convenience, available on Android phones and tablets. With our handy widget, which includes the rain graph, you can quickly check for upcoming rain without even opening the app!

Exciting news for Wear OS users: the Buienradar app is back! Now, you can view the rain radar, rain graph, and the forecast for the coming hour directly from your wrist. We're planning to add more features in the coming months. Please note, the Buienradar Watch App is exclusively available in the Google Play Store and supports devices running Android Wear OS.

Beyond the basics, we offer detailed maps and data for various weather elements such as wind chill, ground temperature, sun intensity, air pressure, gusts, visibility, and humidity. We also provide precise sunrise and sunset times for your location.

Our seasonal radar maps cater to specific needs throughout the year. In summer, use our pollen and mosquito radars to stay informed and receive timely notifications to prepare accordingly. In winter, our snow radar keeps you updated on winter precipitation, while our ground temperature map alerts you to potential night frost.

For longer-term planning, the "14-daagse" tab (14-day forecast) presents a graphical weather forecast for the next two weeks. For a more detailed view, switch to the "Lijst" tab, which offers an hourly forecast for the first week and daily averages for the second week.

Stay ahead of the weather with our "Meldingen" tab, where you can set up custom rain alerts (free push notifications) tailored to your daily schedule and preferred locations, ensuring you're never caught off guard by rain or storms.
